Monday - Practice old gym 8:00pm-9:00pm
Tuesday - Conditioning 2:30-3:30
Wednesday - Conditioning 2:30 - 3:30
Thursday - Weight room 2:30 - 4:00pm
Friday - Conditioning 2:30 - 3:30
